Abstract:
Malformation disease of mango (Mangifera indica L) caused by Fusarium moniliforme Sheld. has been introduced in West Bengal through planting materials from northern India where it is very common. The pathogen has established in West Bengal where the disease was not recorded earlier. Probability a single spore can succeed in infecting ("p") was confirmed by "doublet test".
