| Abstract:
Based on efficient regeneration protocol, a method for successful chrysanthemum transformation was developed. Different efficiencies of several cointegrative and binary vector systems for chrysanthemum transformation was shown. Transgenic plants of five varieties with bt toxin, rolC, chs and AFP genes were produced. Transformation frequency was 1–4%. | |
