| Abstract:
In vitro regeneration of Narcissus leonensis shoots was improved considerably, when twin-scales were cultured on MS medium containing Dap 1mM, BA 10 mg/l and NAA 0.5 mg/l. Previous analysis of the polyamine content of cold treated bulbs, indicated that Put was the most abundant, followed by Spd and a high unexpected Dap amount. | |
