| Abstract:
Organogenesis and callus production were achieved from leaf, petiole, stem and root explants of Actinidia deliciosa (Chevalier, Liang, Fergusson) cv Hayward, Tomuri, Katiuscia and the interspecific hybrid A. deliciosa x A. arguta The genotype and the explant type as well as the medium composition and the pH strongly affected the organogenetic and the callus production ability. | |
