Abstract:
The paper presents the levels of three micro-elements (Mn, Fe and Cu) and five macro-elements (N, P, K, Mg and Ca) in the leaves of the following eight cultivars and selections: Dorka, Ceinovo, Ibar, Vujan, Ovcar, G-139, G-251 and G-286.
Of micronutrients (in μg per g of dry matter), Mn levels were found to be in the range from 227.4 μg (G-139) to 331.7 μg (lbar), whereas Cu varied between 11.46 μg (lbar) and 14.93 μg (G-286). Fe levels ranged from 75.78 μg (Ibar) to 84.56 μg (Ovcar).
Macronutrients (in % per dry matter) were as follows: N - 2.53%, P - 0.20%, K - 1.45%, Ca - 1.86% and Mg - 0.38%.
