| Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate several plum cultivars for adaptation to the Çukurova region. The fruit ripening dates, and some pomological characteristics such as fruit weight and dimensions, acidity, seed weight, TSS and pH, were determined. The cultivars matured between late June and late August, and showed different pomological characteristics. The earliest maturating fruits were obtained from Methley and the latest from Beauty. | |
