Abstract:
Pistachio is one of the most important horticultural plants in Iran.
Quality and yield of cultivars are two very important factors in production.
Experiments were conducted on the selection of varieties in the gene bank collection of pistachio during 4 years in Rafsanjan.
Time of flowering and harvesting, and quality and quantity of nuts were recorded, and cultivars adapted to the environmental conditions of the Rafsanjan region have been selected.
