| Abstract:
A simple, sensitive test based on a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) was developed to detect two tospoviruses, tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) and impatiens necrotic spot virus (INSV), simultaneously. The test can be completed in about 3 h and has the same sensitivity as regular DAS-ELISA. | |
