Abstract:
This study investigates the effects of agronomic and management practices on the incidence and magnitude of internal defects in two popular potato cultivars in Québec.
Results vary according to cultivars, but in general, fertilization levels affect both the incidence and the magnitude of the disorder, while the type of soil, rainfall, planting date and seeding rate affect more the magnitude of the disorder than its probability of occurrence.
