| Abstract:
Root, leaf and hypocotyl explants from sterile grown seedling of Babiana species were placed on MS medium supplemented with 1 mg l-1 NAA and 1 mg l-1 BA. Meristimatic tissue developed from the explants. Continuous multiple shooting occurred from the meristimatic tissue. Shoots were separated and rooted on hormone free medium. | |
