| Abstract:
Many trials have already shown the beneficial effect of plastic mulch in Algeria. The effect of mulching varies acording to climatic conditions, kind of film, soil types, techniques of culture and manuring, species and varieties grown. Results of experimental trials are presented. They concern particularly: trials of potatoes in three locations having different climatic and soil conditions; trials of melon. | |
