EFFECTS OF SYSTEMIC LEAF FERTILIZERS ON THE YIELD AND QUALITY OF PISTACHIO NUTS |

| Abstract:
Pistachio nut trees cannot utilize enough from soil fertilization because of its deep root systems. On this base, effective of leaf fertilization taken as purpose for this study. The systemic leaf fertilization of the Siirt and other varieties gave good results about up-taking important plant nutrients. Especially urea, Wuxal-3 and Wuxal-5 gave rise to nitrogen content of the leaf. As a result of this, vegetative growing of the trees and shoot length are effected positively. In the second year of the study, the up-taking of the macro nutrient like P and K with leaf was more clear. Systemic leaf fertilization rose the Fe, Zn and Mn level of leaf significantly. | |
