Abstract:
The trend of daily percentages of open flowers in 6 varieties of sweet cherry over a 4 year period was studied with a logistic function model.
The parameters A, B, k and the rate B/k, which represents the number of days necessary to have 50% open flowers, were calculated every year individually for each variety.
Agronomic and climatic considerations are given for the trend and the variability of these parameters.
