| Abstract:
Golden-edged "Rui-Xing" (Daphne odora var, marginata) is a famous and precious evergreen plant for leaf-seeing and flower-seeing. It is the first class breed in Daphne genus and the traditional rare treasure in Chinanse gardens. In order to speed up the propagation of Daphne, we started to study the tissue cultrue in 1985 and now we have succeeded. This paper reports the results of the studies. | |
