FUZZY CLUSTERING ANALYSIS FOR GRAPE VARIETIES OF FRESH FRUIT

Authors:   Y. Yuncong, W. Younian, S. Renqian
Keywords:   grape variety clustering analysis, biological character
Abstract:
The method of classification or clustering for grape cultivars in point of the biological characters based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics were conducted and established in this paper. The classified materials were composed of 56 varieties. 37 parameters of the biological characters used in classification included in the botanical characters, 10 indicas, the characters of fruit quality, 15 indicas, and the agrobiological characters, 12 indicas, which conception and selection determining, and which method of the parameters of the characters investigating standardizing, demarcating and analyzing were studied on the basis of the fuzzy clustering and the properties of the biological parameters in grape tree. A proceeding of the fuzzy classification in grape varieties and a BASIC programme used in the clustering were developed and established in this research. The results indicated that 56 grape cultivars of fresh fruit were classified as 4 categories similar cultivars in the botanical characters, in the characters of the fruit quality and in the agrobiological characters respectively. And also from comprehensive analysis the cultivars were clustered as 6 categories similar in the comprehensive biological characters using total 20 indicas that were composed of 5 indicas in botanical characters, 9 indicas in fruit quality and 6 indicas in agrobiological characters.
