Abstract:
In this paper, we used Principle component analysis to conduct a filtering treatment into 5 major effective in formation including bud stage, green-ripe stage, plant height, colour-changing stage and growing type, which were screened out from 11 traits that control the maturity of tomato (lycoperisicum esculentum) Then the five information were subjected to fuzzy cluster analysis.
The results were quite similar to that of cluster analysis for all 11 information untreated with filtering.
Filtering treatment may decrease the number of investigated information, weaken the interference and improve accuracy of clustering.
