Abstract:
While cell wall was dissociated with the aid of enzymes, low osmosis and flame drying method were used for studying on chromosomes. The formulas of the karyotype of autotetraploid Nannong Aijiaohuang, diploid Aijiaohuang, autotetraploid Reyou No.2 and diploid Duanbaigeng are respectively that 2n=4x=40=24m+8sm+4T+4sm(SAT), 2n=2x=12m+4sm+2T+2m(SAT), 2n=4x=40=16m+8sm+5ST+8T+4m(SAT) and 2n=2x=20=8m+4sm+6T+2m(SAT). The average lengths of a genome which consists of ten chromosomes of these varieties are separately 20.17 u, 18.32 u, 19.31 u, and 17.79u. There was the trend that Giemsa C-bands of autotetraploid variety were more and longer than those of diploid variety. It was thus clear that chromosomes of the two autotetraploids displayed some structure variation which was cytogenetic cause of their character differences.
