Abstract:
Taking into account the practical posibilities (instrumentation…) of the laboratory in question, two different methods for determining NO3, NH4, P, K, Ca, Mg and Fe are described.
Rapid, practical and low-budget methods taking only about 30–40 minutes, have been developed in order to determine pH, EC and the above mentioned ions.
Classical growing media based on peat mixtures, composted bark, together with samples used in laboratory intercomparison runs, have been tested.
