| Abstract:
Due to the great extent in cultivating tomatoes and cucumbers commercially it is of vital economic importance to know and also to be able to control the effect of the growing factor water. The water consumption of tomatoes and cucumbers has therefore quite ofter been investigated in respect to plant physiological and technical aspects as well.
