Abstract:
An analysis was carried out of wines made from six virus-free clones of Palomino variety grapes.
Results showed that clones 20–10 and 84-OG had the best overall characteristics, but there were problems with degree of alcohol, organoleptic properties, glycerol content and colour, depending on clone and the treatment given the must.
