Abstract:
During 1992 vintage, vineyards and musts from different commercial cellars from "O Baixo Miño" wineregion were sampled with the aim to isolate and identificate the yeast flora occurring in the same.
Twelve selected yeast species from the most frequently isolated in both cases were tested with 7 antifungicals.
It was estimated the minimum inhibitory concentration of these porducts against each species and it was determined the antimildew used and the antioidium "Anvil" were the most inhibitory for the yeast growth, while antibotrytics used and antioidium "Spersul" hardly inhibited the yeast growth.
