Abstract:
In La Mancha (Spain) the development of 21 vine cultivars (cv.) is studied.
The mean dates in which the main development states are produced (Budbreak, bloom, veraison and Ripeness) are studied.
By means of the thermic integral (degree.days) the relationship between the lenght of the development states and the weather is studied.
A better appreciation of the lenght of the phenologic states is obtained using the thermic integral over 0°C with regard to his minor interannual variability, comparing it with the use of the thermic integral over the 10°C and the lenght expressed in days.
