| Abstract:
During 1988, 1989, 1990 all the shoots of 7 varieties were measured and counted on 3 marked skeleton boughs of different trees. The specifities of the fruiting habits of Kishinevskij rannij, Candelo, Pepitos, Radinskij, Carrascal, Ungarska kaisiya and Modesto were ascertained. The relationship between fruitfulness and growth was investigated, and also recommendations for pruning different apricot varieties in accordance to their number and the percentage of the different types of one-year-old shoots have been given. | |
