Abstract:
Tannin content and other phenolics in mature and immature leaves and petioles, the whole leaf, the vein of the leaf, leaf without main vein, phloem, cambium, flower and leaf bud extracts of two apricot varieties were measured and investigated by using a spectrophotometric technique and thin layer chromatography.
Examined plant parts were found to differ in terms of phenolics.
