| Abstract:
Long term storage experiments with carrots at 0, 2 and 4°C and combinations of these temperatures showed that the optimum temperature appears to be 0 – 1°C. The results from the mentioned experiments and respiration studies did not reveal clear evidence of low temperature injury. | |
