Abstract:
This communication is about the importance of the processing tomatoes growing in Extremadura and the plan between the canning industry and the "Junta de Extremadura" to carry out a systematic control of the contents of residues of phytosanitary products in this growing, so that the quality of the finished product is guaranteed as far as the maximum limits of residues are concerned.
