Abstract:
Evaluation of the various methods of production of zucchini and scallop was carried out during 1986–1988 years.
Early sowing and especially plant setting resulted in significant increase of yield /30–40%/, as compared with delayed cultivation both for zucchini and scallop.
Harvesting of small fruits resulted in yield decrease but at the some time in significant increase of fruit quality as measured by vitamin C content.
Small fruits had vitamin C content equal from 33 to 36 mg% for both species.
