Abstract: A. Measurement of the bulk density and total pore space of a substrate. Equipment. measuring cores : 2 copper cores of 7,7 cm internal diameter are used. The upper core (I), 3 cm in height, has 3 lids to surround the underlaying core (II), having a 4 cm height with a nylon cloth fixed at the bottom (fig. 1).
