| Abstract:
The determination of the optimal time of harvest is of primary importance from point of view of the efficiency of apple storage. There is no one easy-to-use, fit for field work method of determinating optimal harvest-period. The determination of stochastic relationships between various charasteristic parameters of the fruit gives a good opportunity to determine the most useful practical methods of determinating fruit conditions for storage on the basis of synthesized information. On a base of multivariate statistical methods, suggestions are made for the construction of extendable and serviceable work tables and monograms to determine the optimum harvest period. | |
