| Abstract:
A survey is presented of native palms of Northeast Brazil carried out during several expeditions since 1984 to different northeastern States. The herbaria of the region have also been surveyed. According to the information collected, palm species appropriate to ornamental use in different indoor and outdoor environments are identified. | |
