Abstract:
A research about the relations between olive oil quality (cv. "Bosana") and enviromental conditions was carried out in nine Sardinian's areas.
All the oils resulted of high quality and an improvement of their characteristics was observed at higher elevation areas and in the north part of the island.
Early harvesting also improved the oil quality.
