| Abstract:
Potatoes are still vegetatively propagated. More and more problems arise with bacterial diseases. Some bacterials do not cause disease symptoms but it becomes generally accepted that they significantly influence the yields. In addition, the costs of seed potatoes become too expensive in most of the Western European countries. CLOVIS MATTON has developed a particular economically interesting way to overcome those problems. It is expected that seedpotato production will drastically change in the near future. | |
