ISHS Acta Horticulturae 351: III International Congress on Hazelnut

PREDATORIE PARASSITOIDI UTILI NELL'AGROECOSISTEMA NOCCIOLETO

Author:   G. Viggiani
Abstract:
Beside a large number of desease and pest agents the hazelnut agroecosystem inhabits several groups of beneficial organisms. Among them the most common are entomopathogens (Entomophthora spp.), predators (Phytoseiidae, Miridae, Coccinellidae, Chrysopidae, Syrphidae) and parasitoids (Ichneumonidae, Braconidae, Scelionidae, Encyrtidae, Eulophidae, Aphelinidae, Mymaridae, Trichogrammatidae, etc.).

The present knowledge is reviewed and some additions are made, concerning mainly some Mirids and parasitic Hymenoptera (Chalcidoidea).
