Abstract:
Authors investigated phytochemically the wild growing Anthriscus cerefolium var. trichosperma, Chervil.
They identified the main compounds with GC-MS technique, and studied their formation by different conditions and in different developing states.
Authors established that the esdragol (=methylchavicol) content is only in the full flowering state the dominant.
The environmental conditions influence significantly the l-allyl 2,4 dimethoxybenzene and the undecan content.
Interesting remark is that the dryed plantmaterial has a higher essential oil content than the fresh one.
