| Abstract:
This paper deals with the modernization of the horticultural sector in developing countries. Through the case of Tunisia, the author analyses successively the constraints and advantages of a mediterranean horticultural commodity system and its possibilities of modernization : improvement of productivity, prices determined by the market, agro-food equipments, reinforcement of interprofessional groups and adoption of a standardization system. | |
