Abstract:
Larger enterprises with similar resources in reality often show very different economic results.
The modern "Information Processing Approach" states that the information processing capacity of the individual manager is limited and that -if he is confronted with too many informations- cognitive stress appears and the information processing can be erroneous.
The study therefore asks the question whether or not farms with a "relieving" organisational structure is an important factor for profitability.
