| Abstract:
Mechanical limb shakers offer the best means of mechanizing the olive harvest, but give unacceptably low fruit removal percentages. CEPA and cycloheximide (CH) show promise as abscission-inducing agents but additional study is required in order to obtain consistent results and to determine the influence of these materials on the subsequent crop. | |
