| Abstract:
In this paper will be reported a chemical characterization of Desoleana essential oil, a new sage species growing in Sardinia compared to Sardinian clary sage essential oil. All analyses were performed by gaschromatography; enantiomeric ratio of some chiral molecules present in essential oil was determined, involving ß-cyclodextrin modified as chiral stationary phase. | |
