| Abstract:
Literature survey and the results of ongoing research in our laboratories into essential oil composition of the Labiatae species of Turkey revealed that only 24.9% of the Anatolian Labiatae have been subjected to any degree of scientific analysis. 69 of the 182 native taxa so far investigated are endemic to Turkey. Data on the yield and major components of the essential oils of Anatolian Labiatae hitherto analysed are given in tabulated form. | |
