Bioactivity-guided fractionation of a chloroform extract of Peucedanum japonicum roots afforded a new cytotoxic pyranocoumarin, (-)-cis-khellactone (1), and two known cytotoxic pyranocoumarins, (+)- cis-4'-acetyl-3'-angeloylkhellactone (2) and (+)-trans-4'-acetyl-3'- tigloylkhellactone (3). | |
