Abstract:
Successful introduction and domestication of an economically important species involve a good deal of variation of different ecological and genetic factors regulating growth of a plant.
Studies have indicated that use of clones form the domesticated germplasm to be more important, if economic exploitation of a species is desired.
Studies have also shown that smooth introduction of plants is not the only answer for successful domestication of a particular economic species.
