| Abstract:
The effect of growth regulators on regeneration and growth of bulblets obtained from bulb scale segments of Lilium cv. Sonnentiger was investigated. The best primary regeneration was at a low level of NAA (0.1 mg/l) with the addition of BA, kinetin or 2iP in the some concentration. In successive passages the bulblet formation was promoted by higher concentrations of 2iP (0.3 mg/l) and kinetin (3.0 mg/l). | |
