| Abstract:
Liquid medium addition to established tissue cultures of Blandfordia grandiflora (Henderson, 1987) elongates suppressed adventitious shoots increasing multiplication rates to thirty plantles per primary explant when 0.5 μM BAP is used. It also saves manual labour by limiting number of transfers in vitro. | |
