| Abstract:
An attempt to multiply Narcissus plants by shake liquid culture was performed. Micropropagation of wild N. papyraceus by this method resulted in a 100 % and 68 % survival after the plantlets rooted in vitro or those directly obtained from shake liquid culture were respectively transplanted to soil. | |
