| Abstract:
In Lilium cv. Prima an early initiation and a very fast differentiation of the flowers occur. This opens the possibility that after flowering in the field during early June the same bulbs after lifting in August can be forced as pot plants for Christmas. On the other hand when forced in pots in March the same bulbs after planting in the open will flowering again in August. | |
