| Abstract:
Multiple shoot formation and rooting of banana cv. Mas and Berangan were studied. IBA in combination with activated charcoal was found to induce rooting faster than activated charcoal alone. Most vigorous rooting was obtained in MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l IBA and 0.025 g/l activated charcoal. | |
