| Abstract:
Optimization of transplant production implies production of maximum number of seedlings at minimum cost. We have described a hybrid-float system that combines plantbed and greenhouse features and produces containerized seedlings at plantbed cost. The system has been used successfully for several horticultural and agronomic crop species. | |
