Abstract:
SAUROPUS ANDROGYNOUS, is an important vegetable in Borneo, but apparently little known elsewhere.
The raw leaves have an exceptionally pleasant taste for a "green," and are produced throughout the hot, humid summer of southern Florida without the need for pesticides.
A new use has been developed in Malaysia which may turn it into an export crop.
