| Abstract:
The authors discuss three olive somatic mutants, obtained by gamma irradiation from cvs. 'Leccino' and 'Frantoio'. The investigation considered anatomical, cytological and growth performance, as well as reproductive and biochemical aspects. The results showed the possibility of using some mutants as new cultivars for intensive orchards, or as rootstocks. | |
