ADERSA is a research center in automatic control. Some methods of identification and control have been developed there, since the early seventies. IDCOM (Identification Control) was applied for the first time in an Electrical Plant in 1975. IDCOM is a model based predictive controller designed for multivariable processes. The selected type of model is a mathematical one using weighted sequences of past inputs to predict the process behaviour. | |
